RICHARD
MACKLIN
Richard was called to the Bar in 1993 and his
practice includes all aspects of commercial,
civil and administrative litigation. Richard
has extensive trial and appellate experience
and has acted on numerous landmark cases at
the Supreme Court of Canada and Court of Appeal
for Ontario. Richard graduated from Osgoode
Hall Law School.
In
September 2009, the Law Society of Upper Canada
granted Richard the designation of Certified
Specialist (Civil Litigation).
Richard
is a frequent writer and presenter on legal
issues. He serves as an adjudicator with the
Ontario Licence Appeal Tribunal and as one of
the independent legal counsel to the Discipline
Committee of the College of Chiropractors of
Ontario.
