RICHARD
MACKLIN
Richard was called to the Bar in 1993 and his
practice includes all aspects of commercial, civil and admnistrative litigation. Richard has extensive trial and appellate experience and has acted on several landmark cases at the Supreme Court of Canada and Court of Appeal for Ontario. Richard graduated from Osgoode Hall Law School.
Richard is a frequent writer and presenter on
legal issues and serves as an adjudicator with the Ontario Licence Appeal Tribunal.
