MICHAEL
COOPER
After
completing his articles with Lang Michener LLP,
Michael joined as an associate in 2007. His
practice areas include civil litigation, commercial
litigation and administrative law.
Michael obtained his LL.B. from Queen's University
after receiving his Bachelor of Education from
the University of Nipissing. Both prior to and
throughout law school, Michael taught high school
students in Kingston.
While articling, Michael had carriage of numerous
matters and he represented clients in small
claims court matters and in disputes before
the Superior Court of Justice. Michael also
authored a published paper on regulation of
email advertising.
An avid sports enthusiast, Michael played for
his law school's football and basketball teams.
Michael is a member of the Canadian and Ontario
Bar Associations.
