Harvin is counsel to Stevensons in respect of its class action practice
Harvin has practiced litigation for
thirty years and is an author of the leading
law text Damages for Breach of Contract. Harvin
has also participated in a number of prominent
class action lawsuits including being part of
the plaintiff's legal team in the Canadian Hepatitis
C class action.
