Ed
Hiutin joined Stevensons after an extensive
civil litigation articling experience. Ed has
had considerable academic and practical experience
in employment law and general civil litigation.
Ed's practice focuses primarily upon real estate
and related commercial litigation with particular
emphasis on mortgage and commercial lease proceedings
as well as construction law. Ed
also practices in the area of wrongful dismissal.
Ed graduated from the University of Windsor, Faculty of law, in 2002 and was called to the bar in 2003.
